Saya bayar PBB kota Depok dan ternyata status “Failed”, tapi saldo berkurang dan sedihnya harus telp 150911 untuk buatkan tiket pengaduan. Seharusnya sistem backend mencegah pendebitan terjadi jika status “Failed”. Sedihnya kata CS staff bisa makan waktu 3x24 jam untuk penyelesaian ini. Wow.

It seems as though there is little or no testing of features across devices. This data / app tracking feature which is a forced pop up at app launch does not work with iPhones. If you deny access the app freezes. If you accept it takes you to settings with no instruction of what to turn on. I turned on everything and nothing happened. Still locked out. This is why you should only trust private companies to develop apps like this. If you have an iPhone I suggest you stay clear.

I am not a gadget freak but during pandemic COVID-19... I have to make some adjustments including turn things from offline to online. I use this app almost everyday to receive payments, to pay for groceries, to add pulsa in my telkomsel and many more. Transaction will be done in less than 1 minute 👌🏻👍🏻 I did pay for TV and internet (firstmedia) months ago... unfortunately I can’t do that anymore recently...I think that’s 1 of the thing that I wish will be upgraded by Linkaja . many thanks

Being a government-owned app with vast amount of funds and minds to work an app, this is a disappointment. Could not get a simple insurance payment.. maybe because you are offering cash back? It is so bad, sorry. Edit: One year on and I saw some major improvements! Sometimes still crashes on starting but not as often. Thank you to the developers!

Saya melakukan pembelian tiket kereta api dengan menggunakan pembayaran melalui LinkAja. Tapi terjadi error setelah saya memasukkan nomor PIN LinkAja saya. Ternyata, saldo LinkAja saya tetap terpotong meskipun pembayaran gagal. Setelah menghubungi customer care LinkAja melalui email dengan memberikan penjelasan yang rinci dan melampirkan seluruh bukti, lalu saya diminta menunggu 3x24 jam hari kerja untuk pengembalian saldo. Tapi sampai sekarang lebih dari 3x24 jam hari kerja, saldo saya yang terpotong belum kembali. Customer Care LinkAja terlalu lambat dalam menyelesaikan masalah dan terkesan tidak peduli pada konsumen.

Ini aplikasi cacat parah. Kebanyakan transaksi tidak berhasil. Aplikasi belum siap launch udah di paksa launch. Ini baru aja kejadian di saya, beli kuota pake link aja status berhasil tapi kuota ga masuk. Langsung saya tulis review ini. Protes d twitter respon lambat! Gak banget!! JAUH LEBIH BAGUS TCASH

Sebelum isi uang di Link Aja banyak banget promo beli pulsa diskon 10%. Beberapa kali diklik tetap keluar promo itu di app Link Aja. Satu detik setelah saya isi uang ke Link Aja lalu hendak beli pulsa promo, eh promonya hilang dan harus beli harga full. Typikal cara bisnis keji ala kena kutuk kalian semua. Jujur saja kenapa ga usah pakai iming segala supaya menarik orang mengisi uang di Link Aja.

App is overall not as stable compared to the old TCASH. Logs me out often. Two cashbacks were not given to me. I had to contact the customer support on the first incident and got it solved, but the last one I haven’t complained yet and am waiting to see what they will do about it. Also, about PLN (BUMN) token cashbacks. They say it’s limited to xx amount per day, but we have no way of knowing how many of the promo are still available (and they’ll just send “Mohon maaf, Anda belum beruntung mendapatkan Cashback dari LinkAja.”, which is basically ‘Sorry, you’re not lucky enough to get Cashback from LinkAja’ after you buy the token.). This all, while charging more administration fee than OVO and Tokopedia (come on, both of you LinkAja and PLN are BUMNs) I don’t think it will beat Ovo, Gopay, or Dana at its’ current state.

For fixing my pending transaction since 22 april not done till today. Very disappointed.

Please bring back the tcash apps. Much much better than this crap. Can’t paid the merchant using the qr. Input the pin several time and bo respon from the apps. And now for no reason my account is blocked

• Disain Interface antar muka yang sangat buruk, pemilihan Warna, terlebih foto profil pengguna terlalu banyak kompresi, sehingga terlihat pecah • Promo "Beli Pulsa Cashback hingga 50%" pada saat di "Apply" hanya loading saja, terlalu banyak crash di aplikasi ini, ini sama saja dengan pembohongan publik, membuat promo, tetapi promonya tidak bisa di Apply. • Login awal juga termasuk masalah di aplikasi ini, kebanyakan force apps mengulang2 login terus. Bagaimana mau bersaing dengan aplikasi payment lainnya, seperti GoPay, OvO, Traveloka, Dsb kalau aplikasinya saja seperti ini. Ganti lah tim LinkAja nya jangan malu-maluin BUMN.

Ok udah berhasil log in.. tapi pas cek diskon pulsa dan data 50%, kenapa loadingnya terus2an ya? Padahal koneksi internet sangat lancar. Jadi “diskon” di aplikasi buat apa? Toh ga bisa dibuka juga si menunya.

Tolong fitur donasi (amal / zakat) d buka lagi seperti tcash, di link aja memang tidak ada fitur tsb ato saya yg tidak menemukan fitur tsb? Fitur tsb sangat membantu untuk donasi

Previous review: 1. After inputting OTP, app doesn't progress. There is no "next" or "continue" button either. 2. Force closed and uninstalled. Then retry registration again, but I cannot continue after inputting my phone number. The button just won't send me to the next screen (OTP screen). 3. If you are upgrading from tcash to linkaja app, it will somehow show the app in lower screen resolution. Had to reinstall to have it shown on full iPhone 7 screen res. New review: App doesn't respect status bar area and the back button hitbox is quite small.

percuma buat aplikasi kalo tidak bisa dipakai, bilangnya tambah memudahkan nyatanya aplikasinya ngeselin, aplikasinya busuk !!!!

Lebih baik TCASH daripada ini. Aplikasi crash di iOS 11. Minta verifikasi terus. Tidak bisa masuk sama sekali Tolong kembali ke aplikasi TCASH dahulu.
